Ryde Dragon Boat Club is proud to support the Duke Of Edinburgh award and empower young Australians to discover their full potential!.

For young members doing DoE through Ryders offers many benefits including experiencing fun and adventure while being challenged and developing skills for life. Participants can adapt their involvement to matching their interests and ambitions.

The Duke Of Edinburgh has 3 levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold) which participants can complete through developing skills, volunteering and physical recreation.

Examples include:

Bella (pictured) is currently completing her Bronze level requirements with Ryde Dragon Boat Club and has been volunteering at regattas, training, competing, taking photos and helping with social media...and she's absolutely loving it!
