Member Protection Information Officers (MPIO's)

Ryde Dragon Boat Club has three qualified MPIO's (member protection information officers), Jeff Tanti, Tamara Kirby and Liz Hay.

The Role of MPIO is to be the first point of contact for any member to confidentially raise enquiries, concerns or complaints around harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour. Member protection is important to us as it allows our members to take part in Dragon Boating in a positive, safe environment. 

All MPIO's have undertaken training through Sports Integrity Australia and are capable of dealing with all matters in a confidential and respectful manner.
